1.肺动脉吊带生后应尽快行肺动脉吊带矫治术； 2.单纯肺动脉吊带可行肺动脉移植术，预后良好； 3.伴气管狭窄、软化的需同时行气管成形术，难度大，效果差。 4.但胎儿期超声评估气管狭窄及软化困难。

矫正型大动脉转位（corrected transposition of great arteries，C-TGA），总体远期预后较差，尤其合并其他心内畸形及严重心律失常。孕母及家庭应结合社会、经济等因素慎重考虑！
